An innovative email marketing company, Measured Marketing, inc. desired a new logo that simply reads "MMI".
The new MMi identity focuses on who they are in one simple mark, combining integrating data-driven strategies and turnkey email services.
A direct mail lettershop, Demar Direct desired a fresh, modern look in their identity, but ultimately decided to stick with their original logo and update the company's stationary system.
To go along with the updated stationary system is a concept for a brand new website aimed for a smoother experience.
Logo Concepts
The first Demar logo concept plays with shapes to create an industrial and direct feel of a direct mail lettershop. If you look closely, you'll notice that the letter "D" icon is actually an open envelope with an enforced arrow, and colors inspired by the CMYK color model.
The second Demar logo concept was inspired by the signature's of the owners recognizing their commitment, quality and smooth workflow in their production.
Capsim Management Simulations, inc. is known for teaching excellent business acumen. I found myself working here after a freelance project, becoming their first in-house designer.
I was responsible for designing and conceptualizing the company's collateral and web designs, as well as special projects and logos that communicate their brand.
I worked together with a co-worker, friend conceptualizing the logos for Capsim U, ReCap, and TeamMate. He also had a role in creating icons and editing photos for the website.
Email code and design using Photoshop and Dreamweaver.
I was responsible for designing effective email advertisements for a variety of clients at MMi.
Packaging design set for Revo's Circular Saw and Blade.
Packaging design set for Harold's Chicken.
Restaurant Signage for Leno's
Sandwich Shop.
The Order Management System (OMS) was designed to unify the day-to-day tasks across all departments into one application. The OMS keeps track of all orders placed by clients and makes it easier for employees to organize their workflow.
I was responsible for the complete design and user-friendliness of the OMS by studying the habits of MMI's employees and how they organize their work.
These are the initial, step-by-step designs handed to the programmer of the OMS.
Also included is a darker version that employees will be able to customize into their interface in the future.
